Who pays the €0.50?
By default it is added to the customer's total at checkout, the way a booking fee works everywhere else online, so your prices stay exactly as you set them and the cost never touches your margin. Prefer to absorb it instead? Flip one setting and the customer pays your price with the fee coming out of the takings. Your call, either way.
How the fee reaches us
The fee is separated at the moment of payment and settles straight to us. Nothing lands on your desk, and there is never an invoice to pay.
These providers do not split payments, so we invoice on the 1st of each month for the previous month, itemised booking by booking so you can check every line against your own statement.

Most booking platforms lock you to a single processor, because tying you to one is the only way their fee splitting works. We support five. Go and negotiate the best card rate you can find, then keep it, and switch again whenever a better one comes along.
Whichever you pick, our platform fee is the same: a maximum of €0.50 per booking.
Your processing rate is between you and your provider, we never take a cut of it, and there are no penalties for switching.
